Transformation is the place between no longer and not yet.
Developing and launching education programs is our jam!
With a combined fifteen years of experience in program development, let us get in the nitty gritty details with you. From your first spark of inspiration, until the final feedback survey is received, we will be with you from start to finish.
Centering creativity and participant voice, our workshops and trainings are engaging and approachable, while remaining rooted in evidence-based learning.
With our commitment to building just communities, an anti-oppressive lens is the undercurrent of all our work. Our offerings, both virtual and in-person, can include topics such as sexual violence prevention, healthy relationships, bystander intervention, sexual health, restorative justice, etc.
Restorative justice practices are an essential approach to creating an interdependent, vibrant community. Around this, we can offer trainings on becoming a circle keeper, support you in designing your own restorative circle or restorative justice program, or facilitate a circle for you on a topic of your choice.
Additionally, we can facilitate restorative processes around instances of harm. And co-design campus systems that restoratively approach local and global ruptures.
I think simply taking time to focus on mental health was an extraordinary change of pace from typical college life. College, unlike high school, does not have pre-built in time to check up on others or yourself. I think this is why college is such a factor in self growth, but it also eliminates pre-planned time for us to think about these important topics.

I like how open you were about sex related topics, it often feels like taboo so talking about it in the classroom normalizes things that should be comfortably discussed.
- Student Participant of Power Conscious Sex Ed Program
It was really great to go through icks and yums and actually have to critically think through it. This is going to be helpful when I’m deciding who I want to date and who I don’t want to. Boundaries yay!
- Student Participant of Power Conscious Sex Ed Program
It was great to be in a community with others and to have a space to be open, feel safe, and hear from others with similar experiences and thoughts.
- Restorative Circle Participant
It was super insightful to see that I’m not alone on many of the issues regarding consent and sex.

Being able to reflect on my own experiences with grief and having a space where I felt safe sharing those experiences. I felt supported by my class and heard, and in turn, I provided the same to my classmates.
